Grab 'em!

Isolation, a dangerous and effective tool of the enemy. Divide and conquer. Satan likes to take a perceived or real offense, feeling of self doubt, insecurity, feeling of not being loved or cared about and other negative emotions to isolate us from one another. He wants to break up our support of one another by any means, even by trying to confuse us about our faith.

To think that we can be all we can in and for the Kingdom while we are on this earth without the support of other believers is plain foolishness!

I can hear it now: "All I need is Jesus. I'm good, I can make it to heaven. All I have to do is hang on and wait it out."

OK, fine. Sit in your box and wait it out!

But answer me this: What does it mean when the Word tells us to not forsake meeting together? What about loving our neighbor? What about as iron sharpens iron, one man sharpens another? What about different parts of the body working together as Christ would have us to work? I could go on and on.

If this sounds a little harsh, well good! The enemy has me ticked off about this and it's our own fault! Yes, ours. Those that isolate themselves and those of us who do not or have not reached out to the isolated.

Plainly said, we as believers need to get off our collective butts and reach out to each other. If your isolated, reach out. If you know of someone isolated reach out to them. Grab on to each other with the love of Christ and get free from the isolation of the enemy.

Got friends, brothers and sisters? Grab'em!

Drop me a line,

Greg
